“Jo was helpful, and gave some useful advice and tips. Thank you Jo!”
“My partner and I were not together when we first went to see Mark but because we have a child together we needed to be able to communicate. With Mark we both felt comfortable in navigating our emotions and using the tools introduced by Mark were able to open up lines of communications that had previously been lost. This process is not for the faint of heart, Mark will challenge the perception and behaviours you have but if you can truly engage with it then I believe you’ll get the right answer for yourselves moving forwards. My partner and I still see Mark but we both are definitely working together again and towards a common goal which I’m confident we will get too.”
“Jackie was very good at listening, getting us to both speak/ hear from both sides and it was overall a very friendly and successful appointment.”
“Professional! He know how to help for couples!”
“Despite being apprehensive for our first session, we found it very helpful that Steve was very approachable, neutral and non judgmental. He provided us with thoughts as to ways we could avoid the confrontations that were increasing in our relationship. We are looking forward to our next session.”
“Sabine is an exceptional counsellor who listens with genuine empathy, insight, and understanding. She helped us navigate challenges with compassion and clarity. She also created a safe space for honest communication bringing a truly positive difference in our relationship.”
“A big thank you to Janine for all her help. After a difficult few years with a lot of stress that began to eat into our relationship, my partner and I decided to look for a couples’ therapist. Janine has helped in so many ways including helping resolving conflicts and underlying issues. I’d say it’s not just her knowledge that’s really good but her empathy which I think really shows in each meeting. After various struggles we’ve both been through, it’s been incredibly helpful for both of us to have someone who can gently lower the temperature and help us see each other’s point of view. The sessions have been invaluable. There is still work to do but we are on the right track and a lot happier.”
“Dan was experienced and supportive in equal measure.”
“My husband and I went for couples’ counselling with Trish when we felt like our relationship was in real difficulties. Trish is a friendly, relaxed, non judgmental professional who listened to both of us and provided a place where we could start to understand how and why things were not going well in our relationship. We gained understanding and how to use practical exercises and activities to help. Both of us would highly recommend this help, not only for the benefit of the relationship but also separately as individuals.”
“My husband and I had a few sessions with Sara and it was just what our relationship needed. We found the sessions really beneficial and Sara helped us approach things with a different perspective. She was a good listener and had some helpful tips and strategies on how to communicate better. She was very fair and remained professional at all times. We highly recommend Sara and know that we can use her services again if needed.”
“My husband and I had couples counselling sessions with Dan, and we had a very positive experience. He is very straightforward and gets to the point, while giving practical advice and clear structure to help guide difficult conversations in a more constructive direction. Dan is professional, supportive, and also willing to challenge you when needed, which we found really valuable. We’ve been using some of the techniques he taught us outside the sessions, and we’ve already noticed an improvement in how we communicate with each other. I would definitely recommend Dan to couples who are looking for practical guidance and someone who can help them communicate more effectively.”
“Our sessions with Emma have made the world of difference to our relationship when it was much needed. Emma provided a calm and supportive space to help us work through our difficulties. From the very first session she put us at ease, giving simple, realistic and achievable things to implement. Our relationship is now much improved thanks to Emma's expertise and kindness. We are so very grateful.”
“Denese was very kind and patient working with the both of us.”
“I found working with Sara very beneficial. I found her sessions to have a good balance of holding space to talk & offload whilst also allowing time for her to be directive, to ask me (us) helpful & insightful questions & to provide us with practical guidance & ideas of things to work on/'homework' for our relationship. I would definitely recommend working with Sara as she is warm & empathetic, whilst also able to be direct & to ask those probing questions that often need asking & need reflecting on”
“An exceptional therapist who listens deeply and offers clear, actionable strategies. Lynn helped me navigate complex emotional challenges and regain my balance. I highly recommend her services to anyone hesitating to reach out for support.”
“Emma was a good facilitator in our relationship counselling. Keeping things moving in a safe space. It helped me to understand my husband more and for him to hear what I’d been saying to him for a long time, and the seriousness of the situation. Moving forward we were making it work. I don’t think we would be together without the help of Emma. Emma is kind, caring, easy to talk to, and understanding. I would highly recommend her for one to one or couples counselling.”
“Andrew has been incredibly helpful in providing the tools for my husband and I to work through some issues we have been experiencing. We would recommend Andrew to couples seeking the same support.”
“Janine is a fantastic couples therapist. My partner and I were struggling with managing conflict in our relationship and felt it best to seek some professional support. Janine gave us strategies which really helped and she always listened without judgement or placing blame on either of us. We continue to see Janine every so often to help us continue to strengthen our relationship or cope with any challenges we are facing. Both my partner and I highly recommend Janine and cannot thank her enough for her help.”
“Sam was amazing. Really helped with our situation. Actually listens and helps resolve issues. A pleasure to work with.”
“Emma is very gentle, kind and caring with her approach to counselling. She's a great listener and offered us good advice, in joint sessions and individually. We only stopped seeing her when we discovered that we needed to see a relationship counsellor who specialises in neurodivergent couples, after a new diagnosis. Emma was able to recommend a ND counsellor, which was very helpful.”
“Down to earth guy and was helpful in many ways! Provided insight into both my personal and professional situation. Left each session feeling as though I had just been chatting with a good friend for a few hours.”
“Mark was excellent in helping me to articulate my frustrations, listen to me offload and understand different perspectives. Highly recommend Mark.”
“Jackie has been so helpful in navigating conversations and feelings between me and my husband which we could not manage to do without her help and support. Thank you Jackie you really do make a difference”
“Maureen is an excellent therapist who helped my husband and I with her expertise. She gave us the tools needed to reconnect and I would recommend using her in the future.”
