My approach is designed to give you both the opportunity to explore your individual attachment styles and understand how they influence your relationship dynamic. I believe that by creating a dedicated time to communicate your needs, you can build greater empathy and tolerance towards one another, even during difficult periods.
Working with couples at all stages – from those in the early days of a partnership to those who have been together for many decades – I focus on fostering a deeper understanding between partners.
