It was there I first developed a deep respect for the power of listening and empathic support which helps to positively change lives. For over 20 years I have worked in primary and secondary schools, providing therapeutic support to children and their families. That experience gave me a strong foundation in helping others with emotional regulation, child and adult stages of development, family systems and dynamics and an understanding of the challenges people face at different life stages.
