Over the years, I have seen how important it is for both partners in a relationship to feel heard, understood, and validated. In my sessions, I work with couples to better understand themselves and their communication patterns. We explore what is said, what is meant, and how messages may be received differently. I then decided to refocus my passion to work with people and trained as a counsellor. I trained first as a Person Centred Counsellor and then as a Transactional Analysis Counsellor. These modalities work well together and I have been practicing them for couples and individuals benefits for 6 years. ## How I Can Help I'll provide a warm, impartial space where you can both articulate your feelings and experiences without judgement, fostering open and honest dialogue.
