This gave me valuable experience of trauma, stress, cultural differences, and the resilience people develop under pressure. I have also worked in a charitable organisation and a local hospice, supporting people facing bereavement, mental health difficulties, addiction, and other complex emotional challenges. These roles gave me experience helping couples and individuals through some of the most difficult moments in life. I am an Ambassador for the Foundation of Infant Loss, having completed their Rainbow Baby specialist training. I am listed on their accredited practitioner register and continue to support families through grief, pregnancy loss, and healing. ## How I Can Help I'll help you navigate difficult conversations with greater ease, fostering open communication and reducing recurring conflicts. We will work together to explore the underlying patterns in your relationship, replacing reactivity with understanding and empathy.
