I was especially drawn to the psychological aspects of care, often supporting people after trauma — experiences that gave me many skills I now bring to my counselling practice. I am specifically qualified in relationship therapy, meaning I am professionally trained to work with two people simultaneously while maintaining a dedicated focus on the relationship dynamic. My training was carried out through 'Relate', where I gained Level 4 & 5 Post Graduate Diplomas. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working with a diverse range of couples across different ages, cultures, and sexualities. My background also includes voluntary work as a trained mediator, helping to resolve both family and neighbourhood disputes. I am married with four adult children, and I understand first-hand the challenges and rewards that relationships can bring across different life stages. ## How I Can Help I will provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can both articulate your needs and feelings openly, fostering mutual understanding.
