I hold a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and I am accredited by the NCPS. Alongside private practice, I also worked as an NHS Counsellor and Wellbeing Coach. Alongside this, I work as an NHS Counsellor and Wellbeing Coach, helping people manage emotional wellbeing in demanding circumstances. My experience has shown me how life events such as bereavement, infidelity, health problems, or job loss can impact relationships, often leaving couples feeling disconnected, resentful, unheard and often, lonely. I have also supported clients facing changes in intimacy and sex, including those linked to ageing or hormonal shifts.
