My name is Audrey Dudman and I am a fully qualified ‘Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor’ based at Relationship Counselling Dartford.
I have over 25-years’ experience providing relationship counselling for both couples and individuals. I am also a senior accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellor & Psychotherapists).
Being an ‘Integrative Counsellor’ means I use a combined approach to therapy, bringing together different elements of specific therapies. I do not believe there is a ‘one size fits all’ approach, for all couples, in every situation. Therefore, I tailor my style to suit your individual needs.
My work is diverse, and I am experienced in working with mixed cultures, same gender relationships, families and friendships.
I am also a supervisor, which means I support and advise other counsellors with elements of their work.
I believe that communication is at the centre of all relationships. However, unfortunately, we can sometimes lose our way and the communication between us begins to break down. We can then find ourselves in a seemingly endless circle of mis-understanding. I will help you both gain an understanding of what isn’t working, from both perspectives and help you communicate effectively again.
It may be easy to find a relationship counsellor but more difficult knowing you have found the right one for you and your situation. I consider myself professional, respectful and easy to relate to, while providing a confidential, calm and supportive space to help you feel at ease. This will enable you to feel safe enough to be able explore the issues in your relationship.
At Relationship Counselling Dartford, my work involves a range of interactive, thought-provoking activities to help you to listen to one another, as well as helping you feel listened to. It does not involve taking sides or making judgements. Nor will I offer you ready-made solution. Instead, I will work with you both to help you achieve the goal you have set for yourselves. My aim is to help you make the required changes, as quickly as possible, whilst creating lasting, sustainable change
You will have the opportunity to: –
Talk openly and honestly with each other.
Learn more about your own and your partner’s inner world and emotional needs.
Develop a deeper understanding, connection and safety in the relationship.
Address negative and ‘stuck’ patterns in your relationship
I subscribe to and work within the BACP ethical framework. Therefore, I undertake regular professional development and supervision. Alongside having professional indemnity insurance.

After experiencing a difficult break up in a previous relationship. I set out on a quest to understand how to create a harmonious and fulfilling relationship. I’ve sought to try and understand how two people, with two totally different life experiences, can come together to create something new.
I have over 15 years’ experience in various counselling-related roles. Alongside continuing my professional development by attending a variety of training courses. I’ve met with many couples in order to better understand the roles both men and women play in a relationship.

My name is Colin Campbell-Dunlop and I am a fully qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Couple Therapist based at both Relationship Counselling Westerham and Couple Counselling Dartford (Farningham)
I hold a Diploma in ‘Integrative Counselling’ and I am a fully registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I also have a BSc (Hons) Degree and professional qualifications in Law.
I have built a busy and successful practice over recent years and I specialise in counselling for adult individuals and couples.
My approach to relationship counselling is very much based upon helping couples to establish better channels of communication with each other. I believe that all relationships experience difficulties and challenges at some point and often this is due to a breakdown in communication.
Therefore, I aim to provide a safe setting where you can express yourselves positively and build and develop a deeper and more empathic understanding of each other. I will help you both to hear and be heard in the couple therapy setting. I believe this to be a key building block to establishing a better future for yourselves whatever you decide that might be.
Through our work together I will help you to build awareness and understanding in terms of any historically established patterns of behaviour or attitudes. Which may be holding you back or contributing to you feeling stuck in your relationship. I consider myself to be a warm and approachable person and see this as a key requirement of a therapist in this field.
